Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item. If the purchase concerns a custom-made product – or a product with personalized text or painting – the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Returns

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed the wrong item. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return the item to us.

Conditions for Withdrawal

You are obligated to keep the item in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but you may of course carefully inspect it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

Refund Obligation

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding shipping costs, as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs when sending the item back.
